چکیده

The systematic and long-term use of pesticides in fruit plantations leads to the formation resistant pest populations. purpose this work was evaluate effectiveness entomophages acariphages for protection apple orchards. Against dominant Cydia pomonella (Linnaeus), Habrobracon hebetor (Say) used, which caught Krasnodar Territory using cassettes with caterpillars attractive H. hebetor. To determine most genetically high-quality population, an RAPD analysis carried out from three Russian (Krasnodar, Stavropol, Belgorod) one Kazakh (Shymkent) populations hebetor, revealed a high level DNA polymorphism genetic diversity studied geographical cities Stavropol. efficiency captured population against C. about 75%. regulate number aphids Aphis pomi De Geer Tetraneura caerulescens (Pass.), breeding reserves aphidophages Harmonia axyridis Pallas, Leis dimidiata Fabr., Cycloneda sangvinea L., Aphidius colemani Vier. were established. biological developed technique 82.8–88.6%. release Amblyseius andersoni (Chant) Metaseiulus occidentalis (Nesb.) on tree showed 80 90% Tetranychus urticae Koch Panonychus ulmi (Koch). study possibility simultaneous insecticides, experiments sensitivity axiridis insecticides. Triterpenes and Phenolic Compounds in Apple Fruit (Malus domestica Borkh.)

Apple (Malus × domestica Borkh.), a popular and widely cultivated fruit world-wide, contains bioactive triterpenes and phenolic compounds with potentially valuable pharmacological functions. This thesis investigated the effects of pre-harvest and postharvest factors on concentrations of these bioactive compounds in apples. It also studied the effect of ozone treatment, before or during storage,...

Effects of Apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) Diet on Rat Reproduction and Sex Ratio of Offsprings

Background & Aims: Apple (Malus domestica Borkh. from Rosaceae family), a rich source of phytoestrogenes has not been thoroughly tested for its reproductive effects. In this study, we investigated the effects of apple diet on rats' reproduction. Method: Nine groups of NMRI rats (n= 10 females + 2 males) with different apple diets (free- apple diet and apple diet in every other day and every tow...

Improvement of In vitro Proliferation of Apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) by Enriched Nano Chelated Iron Fertilizer

Nano-fertilizers can increase value of products in agriculture. Iron plays many important and essential roles in plant growth and development as compared to other micronutrients. In the present study, effects of different levels of enriched nano chelated Iron fertilizer (25, 50, 100, and 200 mg l-1)  were investigated in comparison with the common Iron (FeSO4.7H2O) on in vitro proliferation of ...

Impact of shelf life on content of primary and secondary metabolites in apple (Malus domestica Borkh.).

In this study, we evaluated the changes in apple fruit quality during shelf life. After a month of cold storage, apples of cultivars "Jonagold" and "Golden Delicious" were exposed to ambient temperatures for 21 d, with subsequent sampling every 3 or 4 d. Fruit firmness, changes in amounts of sugars, malic acid, and phenolics were observed during shelf life. Chemical analyses were done with HPLC...

Transcriptomic Signatures in Seeds of Apple (Malus domestica L. Borkh) during Fruitlet Abscission

Abscission is the regulated process of detachment of an organ from a plant. In apple the abscission of fruits occurs during their early development to control the fruit load depending on the nutritional state of the plant. In order to control production and obtain fruits with optimal market qualities, the horticultural procedure of thinning is performed to further reduce the number of fruitlets...
